I recently needed to find a new accountant as my existing had decided to retire, not something I was looking forward to as I had only been in Cornwall 2 years and was still finding my feet. I did my research and narrowed it down to two companies, one of which was Catherine Bennett.

After meeting both it was a very easy decision. Catherine was professional, knowledgeable and even though I was using an accounting package that she was unfamiliar with she soon had several members of her team fully up to speed on it. It came to light that there were many areas of my books that needed to be ‘bought up to speed and sorted’ which Catherine and her team did very quickly. Along the way they also helped me get to grips with Xero and implement systems to help things my end saving me precious time in the evenings when I sat down to do my paperwork.

The true test for me has been my constant stream of calls for help. I can only say that every problem I have had, be it large or small has been dealt with within 24 hours and normally quicker. Jo is always on the end of the phone and always makes me feel like a valued customer even though I am sure I am one of Catherine’s smaller clients.

All in all I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to recommend Catherine and her team, they have made my evenings doing my paperwork both simpler and far shorter. Thank you.
